Thought I would put some pictures of the ice storm that hit the Fort last week. The above picture is the rose of sharon tree that is usually straight up in the air. I thought for sure that the limbs would break or the tree would split since it alreay has a bit of a crack in the trunk. After the ice melted the tree rebounded pretty well. I have quite a few small branches down in the back yard, but I am not stranger to that since it happens all year long.
I would love to post a video I took but blogger still won't let me load in video for some reason. If I get time I might look into that. Who am I kidding. I barely have time to blog.
