That was kinda funny

I have seen the previews for this new "wipeout" show for a month or so now. It's similar and probably a pretty blatant rip off of "most extreme challenge" (MXC) that is filmed in Japan and has english over dubs. This show usually airs on spike TV. Anyway, the show features people trying to get through an obstacle course with difficult challenges that is pretty physically challenging. Basically its people getting the crap beat out of them on national TV. The show itself is very entertaining, but the Japanese version is still funnier. The part that was a little annoying was that almost every contestant wasn't in any physical shape to complete the course. Now I like to see people hit the mud every once in a while, but I also like to see people complete the course or at least have a chance to complete the course. Luckily they edit out the larger contestants taking 10 - 15 minutes to complete the course. There were some later challenges where a group was on a course at one time with the challenge to get to a finish line first, and they took turns at the challenge. No, the object of the game is to COMPETE for the challenge and not be so friggin nice about it. Overall a very entertaining show and it did very well in the ratings so we will hopefully see it for the rest of the summer.
