Here is the info for those of you who did not get my email about the Carley Hoffman Benefit for this weekend. Carley is the 4 year old daughter of one of Jen's cousins. On July 23rd 2008, 3 year old Carley was diagnosed with high risk, stage four Neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a childhood disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the nerve tissue of the adrenal gland, neck, chest, or spinal cord, causing tumors to form. In Carley's case, the cancer appears to have started in her spinal cord.
On October 11th, 2008, at the American Legion Post 296 in Fort Wayne, a benefit event will be taking place, with all proceeds going directly to Carley's family.

Cost: $15 per person or $20 per couple (children 12 and under are covered by an adult admission)
Family Fun Time will be from 11 am - 6 pm.
Adult activities will run from 6 pm until closing.
